Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

This Cancellation Policy applies to bookings, services, and subscriptions facilitated through Uhost.ai.

1. Short-Term Rental (STR) Bookings

For guest bookings:

1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in → 100% refundable

2. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in → non-refundable

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

2. Service Fees

All service-related fees, including:

1. Technology fees

2. Management fees

3. Consulting fees

4. Set-up or onboarding fees

are non-refundable once services have commenced, regardless of cancellation timing.

3. Subscription Services

For recurring services:

1. You must cancel at least 30 days before the next billing date

2. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in automatic renewal

3. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once charged

4. How to Cancel

To cancel services or subscriptions:

1. Submit a request to: support@uhost.ai

2. Include:

4. Service or booking reference

5. Requested cancellation date

5. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

1. Access to services may be suspended or terminated

2. Any outstanding balances remain due

3. No refunds will be issued except as explicitly stated
