Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services and bookings facilitated through Uhost.ai.

1. Short-Term Rental (STR) Bookings

Refund eligibility for bookings is subject to the following conditions:

1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in → Eligible for full refund

2. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in → Non-refundable

2. Service Fees

The following fees are generally non-refundable once services have started:

1. Technology fees

2. Management fees

3. Consulting fees

4. Onboarding or setup fees

3. Subscription Services

Refunds for subscription-based services are subject to the following:

1. No refunds will be issued after billing has been processed

2. Users must cancel at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

1. Processing time may take 5–10 business days

2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
